Meditation Tools

Here you will find practical exercises, video tools & interactive tools that utilize platonic solid shapes, as well as color healing.

  Meditations Tool

This tool contains a range of interactive meditation resources, as well as practical exercises for you to do at home.

Each of these meditations yields both a short and long term effect, with them working cumulatively to help you open and expand your mind, awareness and consciousness.

Over time as you do these meditations, you'll start to experience a number of long term changes, from improvements in your thinking and cognitive abilities to improved memory function, better and more creative idea generation, and easier access to creative solutions.

You'll find that your intuition and intuitive ability also improves, and that it becomes easier for you to connect to and utilize those aspects of your self.

One of the most interesting changes you'll see if you go far enough is that your relationship to time is going to change.

How you see, look at, understand, work with and relate to time will begin to alter dramatically, giving you access to abilities you thought were actually far beyond your reach.

  Meditation Resources

Below you will find the links for the visual meditation & color picker tools pages.

Not only do these meditations give you the benefit of platonic solids and color healing, but they also serve to act as a visual distraction that keeps your eyes busy. This makes it easier for you to stay focused on your meditation.

The animations can also have a very hypnotic effect, which is very useful for calming you down.

So you can use these tools as either a meditation, or a pre-meditation warm up, to get you into the right headspace.

Visual Meditation Tools

Use the visual meditation tools with platonic solid shapes and custom color choices.

Preset Colors

Understand the meanings that each of the preset colors inspire, and what kind of healing you can use them for.

  Meditation Exercises

This range of meditation exercises covers beginner to advanced levels, with exercises to help you build mental focus, and ways to really expand your mind.

Meditation Basics

Use these pre-meditation exercises to help you improve your mental focus during your meditation practice.

Birds through the Sky is also a helpful way to deal with mental distractions when you meditate.

Basic Relaxation

a physical exercise to help you relax your physical body, as well as mind, and get into a better meditative space.

This exercise can also be used to help you fall asleep, or relax before bedtime.

Chants & Mantras

Verbal chants and mantras are an effective way to meditate when your mind is busy and needs to be distracted.

Useful as a meditation replacement, or as a pre-meditation practice to get you into the right headspace.

Inside Outside

This meditation practice will help you to hold multiple ideas and thoughts at once, as well as deal better with conflicting information.

By holding multiple ideas you can literally double the speed at which you think, and even observe and analyse yourself as you're talking.

This meditation tool is a great way to develop the observer inside you, and your ability to just step back and observe.

Is Meditation

The Is Meditation seems deceptively simple, but as you get better at doing it, you will become more spacey, and it becomes significantly more complex to maintain that headspace.

It's probably a good idea to ground energetically, or eat something a bit starchy after this meditation - at least until you get the hang of it.

Lotus Meditation

The complexity of this meditation happens because we tend to aim for perfection - so when we lose our spot in the practice, we feel like we've failed.

This tends to glitch our minds and then we totally lose our flow - and often turn around and give up.

It doesn't matter that you get it perfect - and if you glitch, just start afresh. It really is that simple.

Sadly simple doesn't always mean easy to do.

Space Reorientation

If you're a Flat Earther, then we recommend you treat this one as science fiction!

This meditation exercise also serves to help you expand the way your mind works, by introducing a reframe of your concepts of direction and space.

Once you've gotten the hang of this, it's enormous fun to try while lying down outdoors.

This exercise has the added experience of making you feel small, which can be helpful when you're dealing with superiority or inferiority.

Watcher Meditation

The Watcher Meditation practice is a fantastic way to understand how your soul is 'driving' the identity of your body - it helps you experience how you are so much more than just your physical form.

At the advanced level, holding the multiple perspectives of the watcher's view simultaneously, will help you be more open to new ideas, and hold more points of information, as well as process them at once.

Who Am I?

The Who Am I Meditation Tool will help you experience yourself as more than just a physical body, and will introduce you to the bounds of your mind.

No matter your level of development or practice, this meditation tool will help you gather further insights into yourself, and into the themes of ego and identity.

  Meditation Focus Training Resources

The hardest part about meditation is keeping your focus... because your mind drifts.

Use these animation tools to visually track an element in the design, and train your mind to stay focused on that element, and that element only.

Even though it feels different to use your eyes (and easier): you're still exercising the same 'muscle' in your mind that you use to stay focused in meditation.

  Video Meditation Resources

These video meditation resources are an easy way to give your mind the rest it needs, when you're too tired to do the work.

These resources can also be used as stress busters and to break through a creative block.

Mental Reset

The Mental Reset offers both a video & interactive tool, and works by confusing the connections that your mind has already made to concepts & images.

Consequently, this tool is great for breaking through mental & creative blocks, as well as for really expanding your mind & the way you think about things.

Gratitude Rampage

The Gratitude Rampage is an audio meditation tool, supported by positive, uplifting visuals.

When using a tool like this, it fills your mind with ideas for ways you can give gratitude in your inner voice, and it becomes of your inner voice repertoire, allowing you to think more positive thoughts over time.

  Get Help

Once you start working with healing tools, it can get addictive quickly - especially as you begin to see results, and changes in the way you think and feel.

So, you might suddenly realize you want to go even further, and probably faster, or you've hit a major stumbling block that you need help clearing, or you are in shifting overload and experiencing physical, emotional and mental symptoms you need help with. That's what this section is for!

Simply pop us a message - or reach out via one of the message services listed below - and we'll have a coach or healer get back to you to assist you. This is a paid for service.
