  • People don’t understand you and you don’t fit in

People don’t understand you and you don’t fit in

If you’re really honest about it, the reason that you started the spiritual seeking was because you don’t fit into society - people don’t understand you or get you.

For most of us, the journey was tied to likability and popularity - obviously as we became more spiritual, more people would be drawn to us and like us.

Whether it was fixing the relationships with our parents, or our kids, or finding a lover, or a group to work with, the underlying presupposition was always that this journey would bring us closer to people, i.e. they would like us more.

  • People think us spiritual types are weird

People think us spiritual types are weird...

This was a tough one to title, not gonna lie, because it’s about how we are alienated and isolated by society as we grow spiritually, and some of the reasons why.

This post is inspired by chats with people who are SCARED and ASHAMED to show their spiritual selves; scared even to post a question on their feeds for fear of backlash.

This is something I was pondering when we did the group clean up - people are scared to participate outside of private groups and communities.

The 3D all-loving spiritual world doesn’t talk about this stuff often, mostly because they’re laboring under the misbelief that, as you grow, you will automatically become all-loving, and people will be able to ‘see’ what and who you are. This will automatically attract people towards you; making you a celebrity God.

This is bullshit - of the highest order.

  • Personalization on the Ego Journey

    Personalization on the Ego Journey

Also applies to suicide and depression

The single most important concept that you need to understand in order to start understanding Ego, is personalization.

But personalization is a massively difficult concept to understand when you are still doing it to yourself, so I’m always looking for the simplest analogies and verbalization in order to be explain it and try to relay the concept.

  • Rejection & Betrayal - the Cosmic Core Lesson

Rejection & Betrayal - the Cosmic Core Lesson

So the restlessness has somewhat started subsiding as the new downloads are starting… and they started with a humdinger this morning hey.

When you first start getting the aha moments on your journey, you stall for a few minutes while you assimilate the information, and you generally go quiet and can’t speak.

Once you’re past a certain level, you really just feel the relief that the lesson releases - and past a point you’re on duality lessons: lessons of all that is. So here you get multiple ahas that lead to a bigger aha, or puzzle fitting together - often a reshimo (pulling down and completing a spiritual lifetime).

  • Remember Your Shifting Basics!

    Remember Your Shifting Basics!

When Life Coaches Toolbox first started life, it started as a book (if you've seen the PDF downloads on free tools, that's it).

The point of this book was to aggregate all the primary basics and all the tools you could possibly need, with one major tool per double page spread.

So the idea was, if something falls over, you grab the book, flip it open and let Source guide you to the healing tool you need.

The reason you need a resource like that is because when you are shifting hectically, you don't remember basics. Hell you hardly remember anything!! LOL

  • Science is as much a religion as Christianity or Islam

Science is as much a religion as Christianity or Islam

Unless you have physically conducted every experiment yourself, and verified the existence of every element of any scientific "evidence" you present, your scientific evidence has no more validity than anything presented in any spiritual or religious text.

Whether you are reading a text book or a religious text, you are reading the words of a man you don't know, written down, and you have accepted them as the truth - when you don't even have proof that that author exists in fact.

Like the stories presented in religious and spiritual teachings, science (fiction) is the hearsay and observation of others who (apparently) experienced it, and then recorded it for posterity.

  • Simple ways to dramatically change the world

The world we live in is falling apart – you don’t have to look far to find proof of that environmentally, economically, politically and socially.

If we’re going to change the world we need to rethink certain key ideas, and find out of the box solutions to the problems we face – without upending the entire system or the 8-billion people it has to support.

  • So we’ve created a world of consumers… now what?

The relentless marketing and advertising drives of the last century have landed us in the midst of a world of consumers driven by instant gratification – and to be fair, advertising is completely to blame.

We often hear talk of how we, as the advertising and marketing industry, have created low self-esteem and body issues in women, but you hear a lot less about the impact of creating a world of consumers.

A simple look around you will verify the fact we do live in a world of people who do nothing but consume, consume, consume though… so much so that we have concepts like ‘retail therapy’, and people will list shopping as a hobby or preferred activity.

Is it time for the marketing and advertising industry to start paying attention to this – and is it time for us to think our moral and ethical approach to how we position product?

  • So, you think you’re open minded?

So, you think you’re open minded?

You’ve got 3 chances to prove it! LOL ;)

Spiritual seekers and the manifesting money conflict

So continuing on the why we battle with manifesting money thread:

One of the aspects of the system that is apparent to everyone is money, but we can't really figure out why money plays such a crucial role.

It has to do with manifestation and focus: manifesting money takes time and focus away from time spent on God.

  • Stress and emotional eating

    Stress and emotional eating

People often try to fix stress and emotional eating by applying rules to food.

If you don't want to eat because you're triggered by stress and emotion, then clear the stress and emotion away.

You won't need to overeat if you're feeling at peace, secure and rested.

And it's a permanent solution to the weight.

  • Suggested Coaching Strategy to Fight Addiction

Suggested Coaching Strategy to Fight Addiction

This strategy has developed as I’ve been thinking about addiction as the polarity scale of free will, and so it is untested.

Two things with that: I’m really open to feedback and suggestions on improving this, as it’s a first draft.

I would also love to hear from people fighting addictions what they think of this as an approach.

Anyone who does want to try it, I’d been keen to watch and stay in touch as you do to see how it plays out as a DIY strategy.
