A simple technique to ground to Gaia and your Higher Self :)

So one thing I've been doing is positioning my higher self over myself and linking us chakra by chakra with chords, and I've been doing the same when I ground.

I usually use chords of the same color as the chakra.

Last night I did a double helix chord from the higher self chakra, pinned to me in the middle and grounded and anchored to Gaia in Earth.

To pin something I imagine an infinity symbol wrapped around the chord, with a feather pinning the two loops of the infinity symbol in place.
