When you're answering Mirrors of Relationship questions, you shift through stuff pretty quickly, and you tend to encounter situations where you may need extra help to move past an aspect you've identified.
In this section we've included tools for basic system support while you are shifting, as well as extras to help you deal with shock, stress and forgiveness.

In order to help you maintain mental and emotional balance, every question session starts with a Butterfly Release on the first page. You are strongly advised to start AND end every session with a Butterfly Release, as this will help your body cope with the changes you experience with every single question you answer.
Instructions
1. Take your middle and index finger on either hand and place them on either side of your head, at the outer edge of each eye socket.
2. Look at the picture below and identify the purple section marked as sphenoid, next to the bright blue section marked zygomatic bone.
3. Move your fingers one finger width closer to your hairline and let them settle naturally into the depression or dip that you'll find there next to the zygomatic bone.
4. Apply medium pressure, pressing in on both sides for three to six minutes. You may want to rest your elbows on a table while you're applying pressure.

Use me once or multiple times a day. You can't overuse me! I have no adverse side effects.
Use me for 3 to 6 minutes each time. The longer and more often you use me, the more beneficial I will be to you.
When your body experiences shock & trauma - whether positive or negative, or big or small - it release a series of stress hormones or chemicals into your system.
These chemicals prime you for fight or flight mode activities, like running for your life, but they make normal everyday tasks, like long-term thinking & digestion, take a backseat. Also these chemicals don't automatically turn off.
So, unless you do something to turn them off, you live in a constant state of low to high grade stress, never really 'present' for the things you need to do. Also it makes you gain belly fat!
Go Ape will turn those stress hormones off and help you lose belly fat when used regularly.
Instructions
Lie down flat on your back on the floor - if you use a bed, it may not offer enough support.
Now let the overwhelming fear and shock and all those nasty feelings loose and let them take over you, really settling into it and feeling it completely.
Now start kicking and punching the air above you as wildly as you can until you feel release in your body. This usually takes about 30 seconds to two minutes.
As soon as you feel the release, drop your arms and legs and take a very deep breath into the pit of your stomach. Blow the breathe out hard - if you know how to do the Reiki breath release, then that's perfect.
Repeat the breathing in deeply and exhaling hard another two times.
What Happens?
As you finish the kicking part of the exercise, you'll feel a lightness or relief course through your body.
Once you've completed the entire exercise you should feel lighter and calmer overall.
This technique can be used at any time that you experience any shocking, traumatic or stressful event. You cannot overuse this process.
The same stress hormones that trigger the fight or flight response are also responsible for body fat being stored in the belly area.
Use of this exercise should help you eliminate stubborn belly fat build up as well.

If you answer a question that triggers something that needs to be forgiven, you can use this interactive resource. Forgiveness isn't easy for most people - these tools will help you keep your focus and achieve your aim.
Ho'oponopono
In the Hawaiian culture of Ho'oponopono, and in many traditional cultures and religions around the world, it is believed that illness is caused by anger and lack of forgiveness.
So, in the case of illness and bad luck, forgiveness is employed as a tool to release the bad energies, with family & friends being called in to participate in the process.
The exercise is simple - think about the person and recite the mantra. The aids are simply here to help you focus, especially in the beginning.
Do not be surprised if you hear from the person within a short while after you've run the exercise.
How it Works
Repeat this affirmation:
Even though I may feel fear, anger and resistance, I want, I choose and I am ready to forgive type name here.
Use the controls to upload a picture, and/or start the audio aid. Type the name of the person you are choosing to forgive in the allocated spaces.
Navigate the mantra by using the arrow indicators. Repeat each statement out loud or in your head, including the name you have used, e.g. I forgive you Sally.
Keep going until you feel lighter, or feel some kind of release - even if you don't mean it in the beginning.

Butterfly Tapping
💠 USE ME DURING QUESTION SESSIONS TO HELP YOU PROCESS 💠
If you are worried that answering the question and getting the awareness doesn't feel like enough 'work' for you to release the energetic charge, use this short tapping process to help your system accept the changes.
As with all these tools, you can use it as often as you want, without reducing the efficacy, hurting your system or overusing the tool.
What is it?
The Butterfly Tapping Technique is the basic release tapping technique used for Mirrors of Relationship releases.
Use this basic two-step tapping process to help your body process and accept releases during your mirrors diagnostic.
In most cases, awareness of the statement alone should release the energy. If that is not the case, this tapping process should be enough of an extra boost.
You can use this with each statement - there is no danger of overusing it.
Step One
💠 Fix This. Release This. 💠
Take either one of your hands and raise your elbow up so it's in front of your nose.
Now naturally let your hand fall onto the top of your head. The heel of your palm should lie approximately where your hairline is.
Lightly tap on your head for a few seconds while saying: "Fix This. Release This."
Don't worry about tapping in the right place - it only matters that you tap your head.
Step Two
💠 Thank You. Store This. 💠
Take either hand and place your fingertips lightly in the middle of your chest, on your sternum or chest bone.
Move your hand slightly down so that it lies between your nipples.
Tap lightly for a few seconds while saying softly: "Thank you. Store this."
Don't worry too much about where you tap - just on the center of your chest is fine. The intention and words are much more important.
Butterfly Stress Switch

Instructions
Take your hands and crisscross them over your heart center, at the wrists, so that your thumbs line up next to each other.
Feel around in the approximate area where your fingertips have landed for a sensitive point on each side of your chest.
Alternate pressing the left and right sides for about a minute.
Just cross your hands on your chest and you'll find the sensitive spots pretty quickly.
Butterfly Hold

If you're ever feeling stuck in an emotion or thoughts, this tool is a real gem! It's designed to help you shift and process quickly by activating your meridian system.
About the Tool
The Butterfly Hold is a technique that you can use to help your body shift through emotions more quickly when you are processing and integrating.
The Butterfly Hold activates a meridian point known as the 'Prime Mover'.
This moves emotions, thoughts and energies that may be stuck in your body, helping you to shift more quickly.
You're going to sit for as long as you feel comfortable in the beginning, aiming to work your way up to between 10 and 20 minutes.
You should feel calmer and more settled within a few minutes when doing this exercise.
The fact that you remember people and events when doing this is because it's releasing, so don't allow yourself to get caught up on a particular thing. Just allow the thoughts to pass by quickly - they need no longer than a second of your time.
Instructions
Sit down comfortably, somewhere where you can be uninterrupted for a few minutes.
Once you've found a comfortable position, take your hands and place them on the inside of your knees, as indicated in the image.
Now, with your eyes open or closed, imagine your body moving and integrating emotions and learnings.
If visualization or imagining is tough for you right now, then set your intention out loud: 'I use this time to process and integrate learnings and emotions."
Relax and allow the stuff to bubble up, just noticing and letting it pass.
If you are battling a particularly difficult emotion, just breathe in and out deeply and rhythmically. It will pass. You could also imagine you are breathing it out as a color.

Pair this exercise with sitting on a rock to help you ground yourself.
Not Working?
If you aren't shifting faster when using this tool then you need to slow down for a while and allow a few weeks for integration of what you've already shifted.
If you don't slow down, you run the risk of going into shifting overload, and that's when people get ill, or have a breakdown, or land up feeling suicidal. It's not a joke - take it seriously.
