If you feel like you're taking serious strain the past few days, then check your empath load and your water consumption, so your hydration levels.
For empath load, go in like you'd normally do for a healing or clearing and find the connections and clear and remove any excess cords.
Then find the excess energy and try to do a bulk purge of it - like an energy removal. This may look like clouds of a certain color.
For energies like anger, you may have to process them out for a while as well. So after you lift it, you may have to "feel" it for a few hours.
Also remember to do all the plumbing basics while you are there - grounding, meridians, chakras, general scan, wing meridians, higher self grounding, chakra grounding, switching, balancing, practicality, connectedness, etc, etc, etc - you know the drill.

For hydration and water consumption... your body needs water to shift. Your lymph system is largely made of up water and it needs lots of water to flush away old cellular material after you've shifted.
I've had like 70% of the people I spoke to in the past few days say they have lower back or kidney trouble, and every single one said they need to drink more water when I asked about that.
SO DRINK MORE WATER!!! You're aiming for a few LITERS a day!

Take a tissue, wet it and squeeze the excess water out, and then place it in your belly button. Now say out loud "I am balancing the hydration levels in my body" and then do the tapping sequence.
Honor your body if it is thirsty and drink lots of water please!
If you are drinking a lot, then try adding some salt or drink and electrolyte mixture to help your body retain the water. Your body needs a balance of minerals to help it use the water, and you won't taste a sprinkle of salt in your water.
Adding equal amounts of sugar and salt to the water can be equally beneficial, and it's such small quantities that it shouldn't affect the taste - say maybe a pinch per liter.
Speaking of salt, take a salt shower or bath today - and even use the salt in your hair. Pray out loud while you're doing or play a frequency.
You'll be amazed at the difference a few small actions can make to help you feel better.
